Any audience member attending the Festival Cinema Brasil 2007 who answers the questionnaire will have the chance to win an eco tour in Brazil for two through JAL.
(The winner may choose to depart from Tokyo, Nagoya or Osaka)
Raffle Terms & Conditions
The raffle will be drawn on Sunday, September 9th, 2007, after the last session of the Festival (7:15 pm-9:10 pm), at the Tokyo International Forum (Hall D1) and will be conducted as follows:
One winning questionnaire will be drawn from all questionnaire entries filled out by the audience members of the Cinema Festival. To prevent the possibility of having no winner in the raffle, a total of three drawings will be conducted to determine the winner, which means only one winner will receive the prize. The priority to define the winner will be granted according to the drawing order.
Announcement of the Winner
At the time of the drawing, the winner's name will be announced and if he or she is present in the audience, he or she will be invited to come up on the stage and be photographed.
If the winner is not present at the time of the draw, he or she will be notified on the following day, September 10th (Mon.) by phone, letter and/or email, according to the information provided in the questionnaire.
In conformity with the drawing order, we will contact the first potential winner and if, for any reason, he or she cannot be located and/or he or she does not claim the prize within seven days from the date of drawing, he or she will lose the right to win the prize and we will contact the second potential winner. If the second potential winner also cannot be located or doesn’t claim the prize within seven days, on that very same way he or she will lose the right to win the prize and we will contact the third potential winner and so on, until the winner of the prize is determined.
The details concerning the air tickets will be explained directly to the winner, who will be requested to give consent to publish his or her name and area of residence on the Official Site of the Festival Cinema Brasil. After he or she returns from Brazil, we also expect to publish an interview with the winner telling about his or her impressions of the trip.
The Festival Cinema Brasil 2007 Eco Tour package includes:
· JAL round-trip airfare (Economy class) for two people from Narita, Nagoya or Osaka to Sao Paulo.
· Transportation within Brazil.
· Accommodation, meals and sightseeing fees.
Restrictions:
· The prize will be valid until March 31st, 2008.
· The prize cannot be exchanged for cash and it is not transferable to third parties.
· All transportation fares to/from Tokyo, Osaka or Nagoya airport, passport acquisition fees, airport/fuel taxes and personal expenses (such as phone bills, laundry, tips etc) will be the winner’s responsibility.
Depending upon the circumstances at the destination, there may be changes in the eco tour schedule.
