The audience attending the Festival Cinema Brasil that answer the questionnaire, will have the chance to win a pair of free round trip air tickets to Brazil through JAL destinated to Sao Paulo or Rio de Janeiro.
(The winner can choose the departure from Tokyo, Nagoya or Osaka)

Raffle Terms & Conditions
The raffle will be drawn on Sunday, September 24, 2006, after the last session of the Festival (19:20～21:00), at Tokyo International Forum, Hall D1 and will be conducted as follows:
One winning questionnaire will be drawn from all raffle entry questionnaires filled out by the audience of the Cinema Festival.
To prevent the possibility of no winner in the raffle, a total of 3 drawings will be conducted for one (1) winner, which means only one winner will receive the prize. The draw priority to define the winner will be granted according to the drawing order.

Winner announcement
At the time of the drawing, the winner's name will be announced and if he is present at the audience, he will be invited to show up on the stage and filmed.
If the winner is not present at the time of the draw, he will be notified on the following day, 25th (Sunday) by phone, letter and/or e-mail, according to the address written in the questionnaire.
In conformity with the drawing order, we will contact the first potential winner and if, for any reason, he cannot be located and/or he doesn’t claim the prize within seven (7) days from the draw date, he will lose the right to win the prize and we will contact the second potential winner. If the second potential winner also cannot be located or doesn’t claim the prize within seven (7) days, at the very same way, he will lose the right to win the prize and we will contact the third potential winner and so on, until the prize winner is determined.
The details concerning the air ticket will be explained directly to the winner, who will be requested to give consent to publish his name and address in the Official Site of Festival Cinema Brasil. After his returning from Brazil, we expect to also publish an interview with the winner telling about his impressions of the trip.

See below, the details concerning the air ticket:

Term of validity: The air ticket is valid until March 31, 2006 and all travel must be completed until this date and cannot be extended for any circumstances.
All additional fees, cost and expenses including, but not limited to, passport and visa application, taxes, duties, insurance, delivery charges, transportation till Tokyo, Nagoya or Osaka, warranties and any damages incurred after the transfer of prize are the winner's sole responsibility.

The Prize tickets are not redeemable for cash value (cannot be exchanged for cash)
The Prize tickets cannot be transferred to a third person.
