Por causa das diferentes formas de embalamento, os posters não poderão ser enviados juntamente com as camisetas e/ou o programa (no mesmo pacote). Serão contados como pacotes individuais.
A despesa de envio dos posters serão consideradas como tamanho 80 enviados de Tokyo. Para checar o custo até o seu endereço, por favor clique aqui (disponível somente em japonês). Haverá mudança no custo, caso o pedido seja em grande quantidade.

• The shipping charge is based on a size 60 from Tokyo (size 80 for posters). Charges will differ when ordering in large quantities.
• Charges will also differ depending on the area to which the package will be delivered.

COD service charge (with tax):
• ¥10,000 or less: ¥315
• ¥10,001 to ¥30,000: ¥420
• ¥30,001 to ¥100,000: ¥630
• ¥100,001 to ¥300,000: ¥1,050

The quantity of all merchandise is limited and may become unavailable if out of stock.

■ Time of Delivery
Your item(s) will be shipped within four business days after we receive your order.
The delivery time can be specified from one of the following:
• Before noon
• Between noon and 2 p.m.
• Between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m.
• Between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m.
• Between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m.
The delivery will be done by Yamato Transportation Co., Ltd. (only within Japan).

■ Return Policy
1. Please check the contents of the package as soon as you receive it.
Returns or exchanges will be processed only in the following cases (the request must be made within seven days of the delivery date):
• The delivered items differ from the ones ordered.
• The quantity of items is incorrect.
• The delivered items have been damaged in any way.
• In addition, when our company judges that it is necessary.
Returns or exchanges cannot be processed when one of the above-mentioned conditions is not met.
2. After the items are approved for return or exchange, they will be accepted only under the following conditions:
• The items must be returned with no sings of usage.
